Pluxee Gift Certificate - New Restrictions and Unresponsive Support
Another inconvenience with the Pluxee gift certificate. Since its launch, this app seems determined to create problems for its users—constantly finding new ways to make things harder and more frustrating, always ready with a fresh inconvenience. I’ve been receiving a gift certificate from the Özdilek store and used to shop with it freely, but after the recent change, I can no longer use it anywhere else. This never happened before, and whoever came up with this idea has really outdone themselves. The company is so blinded by this new policy that when I contacted customer service, they flatly said there was nothing they could do. As part of a holding company with 5,000 employees, the first thing I’ll do on Monday is email the HR directorate and request a survey regarding this change. If anything changes, I’ll be sure to update here. A company that has already caused problems at least five times seems to have finally figured out one more way to make things worse.
