I Can't Use My Annual Smule VIP Account On IOS Device.

My VIP membership from Android device does not appear active on my iOS device. There is a m**** in your sales advertisement that vip membership is used on Android and iOS operating systems. I purchased an annual subscription but I cannot use this service on my iOS device. Could it be a sync error or something else? According to the ad text you make, it should be used without any problem on every device I want my active membership to be. I would be grateful if you could provide detailed information on this subject. And I request you to activate my membership urgently on my iOS device.
