Sugo Customer Service Refused My Refund and Insulted Me
I created a refund request for a transaction made through Sugo, but during a conversation with customer service on the very same day, not only was my refund denied, but I was also treated with an extremely disrespectful attitude. When I explained that the payment had been made from a family account, that the account did not belong to me personally, and that I was the mother, the representative responded with phrases such as, “Yeah, yeah, okay, whatever, liar.”
I was deeply hurt not only because my money was not refunded, but also because I was spoken to in such a humiliating and degrading manner as a customer. Our financial situation is already limited, and this money is genuinely important for us.
I demand that Sugo refund the amount charged from my account as soon as possible. I also request that a proper investigation be conducted regarding the customer representative who spoke to me in this way, and that necessary measures be taken to ensure that no other customer is ever treated with this kind of disrespectful behavior again.
