I Face Non-Activated VIP Membership on Smule After Successful Apple Payment
On September 9, 2025, I paid 271 for a yearly VIP subscription on the Smule app using my Apple ID. The payment was successfully completed, and I have the receipt as proof. However, when I tap the “Sing” button in the app, it still asks me to pay again, and my VIP membership isn’t activated.
I tried logging out and back into the app, but the issue persists. I also contacted Smule customer support, yet I haven’t received any response so far. I’m using an iPhone 8 in Çeşme, İzmir, and I renewed my membership because my previous subscription had expired — but the new VIP benefits have not been applied to my account.
I request that my VIP membership be activated immediately and that the issue be resolved as soon as possible, since the payment was processed successfully and the transaction receipt is available.
