Sugo Locked My Account Over False Suspicious Activity Claims

May 2 8:44 PM1

My Sugo gaming account was suddenly banned even though I did not violate any rules. I had normally been using the account in Turkey, and later I traveled to China, where I continued logging in from the same device. When I tried accessing my account, I received a warning saying, “current device has been banned due to suspicious activity and violations,” and my access to the account was completely blocked. I only used my own name as my username, but unfortunately I do not remember my account ID number.

Up until now, I had never received any warning, penalty, or complaint inside the game. I only used the app normally to play games and stay in touch with my friends. While in China, I shared a few photos showing my location and distance information simply to prove to my friends that I was actually far away. There was never any malicious intent or rule violation involved. I suspect that some users may have falsely reported me because I did not send coins, or possibly for personal reasons. There was one user who had multiple accounts and many friends, but I still do not know the exact reason why my account was banned. Without any warning from the app, my session was suddenly closed and my account was suspended.

Since many platforms are already restricted in China, having this account unfairly banned has caused me serious problems, and now I cannot use the game at all. I request that Sugo clearly explain the exact reason why my account was banned and conduct a proper review of the case. If the restriction was applied unfairly, I demand that the ban be removed. I want my account reopened so I can continue using the game normally without issues.
