Smule VIP Not Showing on iPhone After Device Switch

My VIP membership in the Smule app appeared normally on my Samsung device, but after switching to an iPhone, it stopped showing up. I’ve been dealing with this issue for about three hours since changing my phone. I purchased my VIP membership through Google, and I’m logged into my account using my Google login. So far, I haven’t tried solutions like deleting and reinstalling the app or logging out and back in. I also tested the app using different internet connections, but my VIP membership still doesn’t appear as active on my iPhone.

I kindly request that my VIP membership be activated on my iPhone as well and that this issue be resolved.
