I Face Non-Activated VIP Membership on Smule Despite Successful Payment

About a week ago, I purchased a yearly VIP membership for the Smule app through the Google Play Store on my Samsung Galaxy A53. The payment of 205 was successfully processed, yet my VIP status has not been activated in the app. I continue to see the message “Become a VIP” even though my purchase went through.

I have not received any error messages, and I have no way to contact Smule’s customer service directly regarding this issue. My username is Muhammed_44___44.

I request that my VIP membership be activated immediately, as the payment was completed successfully and the delay in activation is causing unnecessary inconvenience.
