Smeg Electric Stove and Falmec Hood Issues Ignored for Months

I purchased a Smeg electric stove about a year ago, and despite reporting an issue with the middle burner three months ago, the company has failed to fix it. As shown in the video, the middle burner shows an "A E" light, and the service team initially claimed the issue was covered under warranty and that they would replace the card. Yet, three months later, I still cannot use my stove. I’ve contacted nearly everyone at the company with no resolution.

Additionally, my Falmec hood's glass shattered like an explosion four months ago, without any impact, but Boğaziçi Smeg claimed it wasn’t their fault and asked for 5000₺ to replace the glass. I was told the replacement would be free under warranty, but after five months, nothing has been done.

I regret trusting this company, having bought a full set of their products—stove, oven, dishwasher, and hood. Now, I live in fear of other appliances breaking down with no support. After months of waiting, I will begin legal proceedings for both my stove and hood issues. Smeg’s Turkey representatives have been unhelpful, only offering excuses instead of solutions.
