SmallPDF Charged $108 After Cancellation—I Demand a Full Refund
I purchased SmallPDF to try it out, but I canceled my subscription today. Despite this, they still charged me $108! This is completely unacceptable, and I refuse to accept this unauthorized transaction.
How can a company continue charging customers after they cancel? I followed the proper cancellation steps, yet my money was still taken without my consent.
