I am not surprised; they constantly do this. Whenever I purchase something from Slazenger, I get delivery troubles. If you don't inquire about the merchandise or urge them for it, they will not send it. Every time I decide not to buy from them again, they say 'let me not buy,' and they're inexpensive, but this time it's finished. No more. They also send damaged things; this happened to me. It happened a few times before, but I didn't say anything; I simply utilized the stuff. The strange thing is, their website says shipped in 24 hours.' I've been waiting for days, and it's like a joke. There is no WhatsApp helpline, and the support email is useless. No one responds. You have to contact them by phone. I will also submit a complaint to the E-Government and the Ministry of Trade. They are causing people distress. They should be fined.
