I placed an order on www.slazenger.com.tr on November 17, 2024, with the order number TS17111933637. Today is December 7, and my order status still shows “Preparing Product” with no progress, no shipment, and no communication whatsoever.
I’ve reached out multiple times—through the website, by phone, and by submitting complaints—but no one has responded. To make matters worse, the system won’t even allow me to cancel the order, so I’m left with no product, no refund, and no support.
It’s unacceptable for a brand like Slazenger to treat its customers this way. I’ve been more than patient, and I expect immediate action.
Slazenger, I demand that a representative contact me now, ship my order immediately, or cancel it and issue a full refund. This ongoing silence and inaction are completely unprofessional and disrespectful to your paying customers.
