I made a substantial purchase from Slazenger and got the items delivered through MNG Cargo. My daughter received the delivery. Unfortunately, when we opened the package, we realized that one of the items, specifically the Ebbets Sportswear tracksuit, was not included.
I promptly reached out to both MNG Cargo and Slazenger to address the matter. Regrettably, both companies have failed to offer a satisfactory resolution. Attached are images of the box I received and the box that was delivered to my home.
