Missing Items in H&M Baby Bodysuit Set – Requesting Completion of Order
I purchased a 5-piece baby bodysuit set from H&M, but only received 3 pieces. When I contacted customer support about the missing items, they informed me that they couldn’t provide the missing items and only offered a return option. I’m satisfied with the quality of the product and don’t want a refund—I just want the missing items supplied as initially advertised.
As a long-standing brand, I expect H&M to resolve this issue by completing my order as promised. Please address this issue and provide the missing items.
