Skullcandy PLYR Stopped Working After 10 Days—No Response from Support

I recently purchased the Skullcandy PLYR headset, but just 10 days later, it completely stopped working and will not turn on. I reached out to customer service multiple times via messages and emails, yet no one has responded.
I even submitted a formal return request, but it’s still pending with no updates. I tried calling their customer service number as well, but again, no one answered. This level of unresponsiveness is incredibly frustrating, especially after spending a significant amount on this product.
Skullcandy, I expect a prompt resolution to this issue. Either repair or replace the headset immediately, or provide a full refund. If this isn’t addressed soon, I will proceed with filing a formal complaint against your company.
