Skullcandy Warranty Returned My Headphones Unrepaired and Missing Parts

I sent my Skullcandy Bluetooth headphones for warranty service through Trendtek Telekomünikasyon ve Tic. Ltd. Şti., but the product was returned to me without being repaired, and the charging cable and rubber earpieces were missing from the box. I had sent the product a week ago, and my invoice number is TEA2024000000889. I purchased it directly from Skullcandy’s official website. I contacted customer service both by phone and via WhatsApp regarding this issue, but no solution was provided and nothing was done about the missing parts. At present, my product has been returned incomplete. I request that my headphones be replaced with a new one. I urgently ask for my grievance to be resolved.
