I Face Charging and Build Quality Issues with 3 Anker Soundcore Life U2i Headphones

I purchased a total of three Anker Soundcore Life U2i Bluetooth 5.0 wireless headphones on different dates through Hepsiburada, trusting the brand after being initially satisfied. Here are the order details:
March 20, 2024 – Order No: 305 395 797
November 11, 2024 – Order No: 438 415 091 0
February 1, 2025 – Order No: 432 077 391 1
While the first pair worked well at first, the second and third purchases have been extremely disappointing. Both the headphones from November and February won’t turn on, won’t charge, and are completely unresponsive. The earlier one from March has a different issue—the cable detached from the main body within a short time of use.
Even worse, all three pairs—despite being the same model—have visibly different plastic finishes and inconsistent build quality. It’s clear that Anker’s production standards are not being upheld. I’ve tried contacting customer support multiple times but haven’t been able to reach anyone to help resolve this.
I’m now left with three useless headphones despite paying over ₺ for them in total. I demand that Anker and Hepsiburada process a full refund, exchange, or warranty-based repair immediately. This level of product failure and lack of service is completely unacceptable.
