Skechers' Sport Shoes for Children: Quality Issues and Poor Support

I purchased a pair of Skechers children's sports shoes from your Bakirkoy Mall store about a month ago. The Velcro stitching on the shoes burst after less than a month, and the plastic base at the toe peeled off. Despite my claim, the store insisted it was oxidation, which I refuted because I only used the recommended foam to clean them. It is truly ruthless to sell such a low-quality product at such a high price. When I called, I was met with a dismissive attitude and a casual "Apply wherever you want" response. It's disheartening, and I can only say, "Shame on you." Of course, I'll be contacting Consumer Rights in the hopes that justice will be served.
