Defective Skechers Shoes and Frustrating Customer Service





Both pairs of Skechers shoes I purchased experienced significant sole collapse after only 20 days of use. These Skechers shoes are undeniably defective. In search of a solution, I returned them to Skechers for inspection. The response I received, however, was disheartening. They claimed the product examined under request number 1-281282 had no manufacturing flaws. This is ridiculous! The shoes are clearly defective! Skechers, as a reputable brand, should stand behind the quality of its products and honestly address customer concerns. Instead, they dismissed my complaint and directed me to a link for additional information. This is not acceptable treatment! Skechers should accept responsibility for their defective shoes and offer me a satisfactory solution. Their dismissive attitude toward customers is frustrating and has tainted my brand perception. Skechers' lack of accountability should be avoided!
