Torn & Deformed Skechers Shoes! Brand Claims User Error

I recently purchased a Skechers walking shoe model that, unfortunately, turned out to be of lower quality than those sold in the market. After just a few walks, both the right and left shoes' leather parts cracked and tore in various places, and the inner parts became deformed. I sent the product for examination; however, it was concluded to be a user error. Yet, I am surprised that a walking shoe could deteriorate so quickly. Even if I walked barefoot, my feet wouldn't have suffered this much. Despite being labeled as a user error, I am returning the shoes to you and want to emphasize that I will not buy products from this brand again and will advise others against it. I will also file a complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board to determine whether the issue is a user error or the use of poor-quality materials.
Progress
The brand named Skechers, which has very low-quality products, very low-quality shoes, a very inexperienced team, and customer representatives who don't know their job. Walking shoes that tore after 3-5 uses, examined by non-experts, and customer service that can't do their job. To the person who examined those shoes and said it was user error, let the shoes be my gift to you, wear them in a suitable place and walk around with pride. It's your brand, right? 😂😂😂😂😂😂 And after wearing them, shout out loud, but shout strongly, that these shoes and this brand are very low quality, okay?
