On November 4, 2024, I purchased a pair of Skechers shoes from their official online store (Order #2290122). Within just two months, the front sections started tearing apart, which is completely unacceptable for a brand that claims to offer quality.
Since the shoes came with a 2-year warranty, I contacted customer service to request a refund. However, after an inspection, they refused my claim, saying the damage was not their fault and sent the shoes back to me. How does a pair of shoes tear within two months under normal use?
