This was my third pair from the Skechers D-Lites series, and I never had any issues with the previous two. However, this particular pair caused severe foot pain — I experienced numbness in my calves and the soles of my feet, and the shoes became so painful that I couldn’t walk in them for more than half an hour. Because of the discomfort, I sent the shoes for inspection under warranty, but I was told that there was “no problem found.”
I have never seen a company that refuses to stand behind its products like this. What’s more disappointing is that I had recommended Skechers to 4–5 people around me, who also purchased from the brand because of my advice. Unfortunately, this last purchase was a complete waste of ₺5,250, and I regret it deeply.
After this experience, I will never buy from Skechers again and will not recommend it to anyone else. It’s unacceptable for a brand of this scale to ignore such a serious comfort and quality issue.
