I purchased a pair of Skechers GO Walk Workout Walker shoes from the Marmara Park Beylikdüzü store just 3 months ago. From day one, the right shoe has had a clear manufacturing defect — the upper fabric is visibly uneven, asymmetrical, and puckered, making it look and feel flawed.
I returned the shoes to the store three separate times for inspection, and each time I received the same standard response: “no manufacturing defect found.” Despite submitting clear photos showing the defect, Skechers has refused to acknowledge the problem or offer any solution.
This level of indifference is unacceptable from a brand that claims to prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. I’ve already filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Board, and I’ve shared the issue with Skechers Global as well. Still, the problem remains unresolved.
I demand that Skechers take responsibility and either replace the defective pair or issue a full refund. Ignoring a visible production flaw and dismissing a loyal customer’s repeated attempts to resolve it shows a lack of accountability. I expect a prompt and fair resolution.
