I Face Early Heel Wear on Skechers Dynamight 2.0 Compared to Adidas and Puma

I purchased a pair of Skechers Dynamight 2.0 shoes from the Mall of Antalya Skechers store 103 days ago. After using them for about three months, I noticed that the heel area had started to come apart. I sent the shoes in for inspection, but I was informed that the issue was not considered a manufacturing defect, and no solution was offered.
I’ve been wearing brands like Adidas and Puma for years, and I’ve never experienced this kind of wear or tearing at the heel. What’s more disappointing is that Skechers was the most expensive pair I’ve ever purchased. It’s unacceptable that such noticeable damage occurred after only three months of normal use.
I am requesting a replacement for my defective product. My invoice number is U212025000013929. I ask that my issue be resolved promptly. If no solution is provided, I will exercise my legal rights through the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
