In November, I purchased two pairs of Skechers boots for my 14- and 10-year-old sons from Sneaker Loops. We paid a small fortune thinking we were investing in quality. The kids don’t even walk much—we drive them to school, and they only wear the boots for short periods. Yet within just two months, both pairs started falling apart, and from the exact same place—the back heel seam.

How can both pairs tear in the same location if this isn’t a production defect? When we brought the issue to the store, they sent the boots for inspection. They came back with a generic rejection letter saying it’s not a manufacturing issue. Really? Are we to believe my sons gnawed through the seams?

It’s clearly a design or material flaw that Skechers refuses to own up to. And after checking other complaints, I see the same story—rips at the same seams or inner linings. We won’t be buying Skechers again unless this is made right. I demand a full refund or replacement. Skechers needs to stand behind its children's products and fix these quality issues immediately.

All of Turkey is rainy, but my children are going to school in sneakers because of your torn boots, and their feet are getting wet.
