Deformed Skechers Purchase Still Unresolved, What to Do?

I bought the product number 220328 bkw in a closed box with the invoice number 1-r-7-583331 from Tuzla Marina Viaport Skechers store on 25.10.2023. (I did not open the box and check the product because I trusted the brand) When I wanted to use the product, I saw that there was a deformity on the front of the product (I will also share it visually). I went to the store and requested the product be inspected under form number 1-12570 and the problem resolved. My request was rejected. (I will share it in the attachment). The fact that a so-called reliable brand like Skechers is sales-oriented rather than solution-oriented in this regard means that customers like us should reconsider the reliability of the brand. I will also seek my rights by applying to the Consumer Arbitration Committee on this issue.
