Skechers Refused to Replace My Deformed Shoes Despite Consumer Arbitration Decision
I bought shoes from Skechers store via Trendyol, but they were deformed in a short time. I contacted Skechers customer service and requested that my shoes be replaced with new ones. However, they said that such a thing would not happen and said that it was your mistake and did not accept the replacement. Thereupon, I applied to the Consumer Arbitration Committee. On 21.08.2023, the Consumer Arbitration Committee found me right and decided to replace the shoes with new ones. When I went to their stores with the committee's decision for the replacement, I was told that since it was purchased from Trendyol, it had to be sent to Skechers headquarters through them. After long efforts from the Trendyol support department, I had the committee's decision sent to Skechers. Skechers did not deign to respond to the decision, I urgently request that the brand respond to the decision and replace my shoes. I condemn the victimization of the customer with such nonsense by a big company. I will follow up on this issue and continue until it is concluded in my favor!
My problem has been resolved.
