Wear and Tear on Skechers Shoes

On June 2, 2023, I ordered a pair of Skechers sports shoes for my wife from the Skechers website using invoice number W0520*********46. We noticed that the front seams of the shoes began to disintegrate after a few weeks of wear. We shipped the shoes to their inspection center under request code 1-323358. On 01.02.2024, we received a notification saying that no production-related faults had been discovered. When we contacted the customer support center for more information, we were merely informed that it was a user error. How can a sports shoe that we thought was of great quality begin to lose stitches on both ends during normal use and be classified as a user mistake without a clear explanation? It was distressing to watch an allegedly high-quality shoe disintegrate faster than a regular market sneaker, and the company's lack of support made matters worse. If a more thorough examination of our complaint is not conducted, we shall seek our rights through the consumer arbitration board. (I cannot currently attach a visual of the product because it has not been returned to us via shipping.)
