Sixt Vienna Wrongful Extra Charge of €155.52 Despite Staff Assurances

Between July 13, 2025 – August 2, 2025, I rented a car through Discovercars.com for 22 days (Invoice No: 9025001796). After the prepaid amount was deducted, I later discovered that an additional €155.52 was charged to my credit card on August 6, 2025, at 18:13 in euros.
At the time of rental at Sixt Vienna Airport, the staff clearly informed me that I would not be charged for additional driver fees, different drop-off location fees, flexible return location fees, or road usage permits. Initially, I had booked a Citroen C4, but since it was unavailable, I picked up a Peugeot 5008 from Vienna city center. Later at the airport, I was told that an Alfa Romeo Junior of a similar segment was available and was asked to return the Peugeot 5008 to the airport and take the Alfa Romeo Junior instead. Throughout this process, I was assured that no additional charges would apply.
Despite these assurances, I was charged an extra €155.52 without prior notice or approval. When I tried contacting the Turkey call center, I could not reach anyone. I only received an email with an invoice listing the extra charges, which directly contradicts what was communicated to me at the airport.
I demand a full refund of the unfairly charged €155.52 and expect this issue to be resolved immediately.
