Sinoz Package Shows Delivered but I Never Received It

On May 27, I placed an order through sinoz.com.tr for three 15 mL Sinoz Avocado Bomb Moisturizing & Revitalizing Anti-Wrinkle Eye Creams and paid approximately $17. My order number is 3744404. Although I received a shipping notification from Aras Cargo, the tracking page shows the package as delivered, but I never received it. No package was delivered to me, and none of the products have reached me.

When I contacted Aras Cargo, I was told that the package had been delivered. However, I can confirm that I never received this shipment. At first, I wondered whether it had been confused with another delivery I was expecting around the same time, but the fact remains that my Sinoz order never arrived and has been unresolved for over a month. I have also been unable to access my account on the Sinoz website because I keep receiving login errors, preventing me from viewing my order details or shipping information. On top of that, I have been unable to reach Sinoz customer service or speak with anyone who can assist me.

I purchased these products during a promotional sale at a discounted price. I do not accept a refund because the same promotion is no longer available. Instead, I request that Sinoz investigate what happened to my order, determine who actually received the package if it was delivered to the wrong person, and resend my three Sinoz Avocado Bomb Moisturizing & Revitalizing Anti-Wrinkle Eye Creams under the same promotional terms and without any additional cost to me.
