Trendyol Marked My Order as Delivered but I Got Nothing
On July 28, 2025, I placed order number 10387158791 totaling ₺3,064.68, which was handed over to Aras Kargo (Tracking Number 5655*******53). On July 30, 2025, I received an email stating that the order had been delivered; however, no product ever reached me. When I called the cargo branch, they informed me that the package never arrived at their location and that packages with no movement for three days are automatically marked as delivered. I immediately contacted Trendyol and created a support ticket, but they responded with a ridiculous message saying, “the product has been delivered, please contact your branch.” I had already contacted them precisely because I saw the delivery status. I spoke with the cargo branch again, and they still cannot locate the package, nor can they confirm if it will ever be found. Trendyol is doing absolutely nothing to help and keeps sending automated responses. I no longer want the product—I demand a full refund immediately and will not accept the item even if it arrives. If my issue is not resolved by Monday, I will file complaints against both parties.
A company with no understanding of customer satisfaction. Still, no one has found a solution or contacted me, what a shame!
The shipping company admitted that they lost the product. However, Trendyol has never contacted them. I want my refund as soon as possible!
