Sinoz Cream Return Request Denied

I'm writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent purchase of Sinoz cream. Upon receiving the product, I discovered that the protective seal was missing and the cream itself appeared to be half-empty. This suggests that the product may have been opened or tampered with prior to my receipt.
As soon as I received the package, I took pictures of the damaged and incomplete cream. However, when I attempted to contact the seller to initiate a return, my request was denied. The seller claimed that the cream had been used, which is completely untrue. I have not used the product and am now facing the consequences of receiving a damaged and incomplete item.
I immediately created a return request upon receiving the package, not even allowing a single day to pass. I am disappointed that my return request was denied and that I am being accused of using a product that I have not touched.
