My Singer Fashion Mate sewing machine is still under warranty, yet it constantly malfunctions. The biggest issue is that it sews backward instead of forward, making it completely unusable.
I have taken it to an authorized Singer service center twice, but each time, I was either told that the machine was fixed or that there was no problem. However, the issue remains the same, and I still cannot use my sewing machine properly.
If even the authorized service centers cannot fix it, what am I supposed to do? This is a complete waste of money! Singer, take responsibility and either properly repair or replace my machine! Has anyone else had this issue? I expect a resolution immediately!
