My Singer 6160 Brilliance Won’t Sew Buttonholes – Ongoing Issue Since Purchase

I purchased a Singer 6160 Brilliance sewing machine in 2023, and despite being under warranty, it has never properly sewn buttonholes. Every time I try, the thread bunches up underneath, making the feature completely unusable. I sent it to the service center, but even after getting it back, the problem remains. Why hasn’t this been fixed? A brand-new machine should not have this issue from day one. I regret choosing Singer, as this has been nothing but frustration. I expect an immediate solution—whether it’s a proper repair or a replacement. Singer, take responsibility and resolve this issue instead of leaving customers stuck with faulty products!
