Singer Brilliance 6180 Breaks the Needle While Buttonholing

I purchased the Singer Brilliance 6180 from Trendyol in 2024, and it’s been a complete letdown. The machine has major functionality issues, especially when using the buttonhole feature—it bends or completely breaks the needle every time. This is not just a minor flaw; it's a serious defect that ruins fabric and makes sewing impossible.
As seen and heard in the video and photos I’ve attached, the machine makes loud, irregular noises during operation. It’s clear that something inside is misaligned or poorly manufactured. I’ve barely used it, yet it already shows signs of poor build quality and unreliable performance.
I expected much better from a well-known brand like Singer. Instead, I feel like I’ve wasted my money. I’m now waiting for a proper resolution—whether that’s a refund, replacement, or professional repair covered by warranty. Please take responsibility and fix this.
