Simple Premium Unauthorized Charges on My Garanti Bank Credit Card

I recently discovered that my Garanti Bank credit card has been charged repeatedly under the name Simple Premium without my knowledge or authorization. Despite never approving any contract, applying for a membership, or giving my consent, I appear to have been charged $20 every month since around 2025, or possibly even earlier.

I have never subscribed to Simple Premium, used its services, or explicitly agreed to these charges. I consider the collection of these fees over such a long period without my knowledge to be unjust enrichment, and I would like to formally report the financial harm this has caused me.

I request a detailed investigation of every unauthorized charge made to my credit card under the name Simple Premium, a full refund of all amounts collected since the charges began, and the immediate cancellation of any associated membership or payment authorization.
