Simple Life Took Money From My Credit Card Without Consent

On October 1, 2026, Simple Life / Simple Premium, a weight-loss and nutrition service, charged my Garanti Bank credit card 1,499.00 TRY without my knowledge, authorization, or consent. I never knowingly or willingly subscribed to a Premium membership, nor did I approve any contract or payment. The transaction appears on my bank statement as “simple Premium dover” and constitutes an unauthorized charge.

I have never signed up for a free trial, registered for a membership, or filled out any forms related to Simple Life / Simple Premium. I have been unable to contact the company because I cannot find any customer service department or contact channel. As a result, my situation is becoming increasingly distressing. In addition to the financial loss, I feel unsafe and uncomfortable knowing that my card details may have been used without my permission.

I request an immediate refund of the unauthorized 1,499.00 TRY charge to my Garanti Bank credit card and the complete cancellation of any Simple Life / Simple Premium subscription that has been opened or may be considered active under my name. Given that this transaction was made using my card details without my authorization, I expect the refund to be processed as soon as possible.
