Tesla Service Returned My Model Y Dirty With a Missing Key Card

1

On October 4, 2026, I drove for an hour and a half to the Tesla Tuzla Orhanlı Service Center to collect my Tesla Model Y, only to experience serious disappointment and inconvenience during the vehicle handover. The level of care I expected from a professional service center was completely lacking.

When I received my vehicle, I noticed that the tow hitch cover had not been reinstalled and that two screws had been left in the cup holder area. In addition, the white rear seats had numerous black stains, and the interior generally appeared not to have been cleaned.

During the handover, I was also told that my key card, which I had handed over in good condition when leaving the vehicle at the service center, could not be found. Losing the card I provided to the service center is extremely concerning, both in terms of security and the practical use of my vehicle.

On top of these issues, I noticed a new problem that definitely did not exist before the service visit. When the trunk lid opens, and especially immediately after it closes, an unusual noise occurs as soon as the vacuum-like sound stops. Since this noise appeared after the service visit, I am concerned that something may have gone wrong during the work performed on my vehicle.

I left my vehicle at the service center with approximately 46% battery charge. I did not expect the battery to be charged, but I did expect the vehicle to be returned with at least the same charge level. Receiving my vehicle dirty, with a missing key card, a reduced battery level, and a new trunk noise problem is completely unacceptable.

Regarding my vehicle, whose VIN ends in 451395, I request the urgent return of my missing key card, the removal of the stains from the white rear seats, and a prompt, permanent resolution of the new trunk noise issue without having to wait days for another service appointment.
