Still No Delivery After 31 Days of Ordering a Bosch Dryer
It's been a whole month, and my Bosch dryer is still missing in action after placing the order on January 29, 2023. Being a former Siemens user, I must say that this experience has been quite disappointing. After making countless attempts to reach the customer service center, it seems that a solution is nowhere in sight, and there is no one taking responsibility to address the issue. I won't be selecting this brand again, and I intend to inform everyone I know about this unpleasant experience. The brand's quality is negatively impacted by its inability to effectively manage its own website. I anticipate effective administration and responsibility.
