Siemens XXL Refrigerator Handle Issue

Hello there, I just wanted to bring up a complaint that I've been meaning to address. When I opened the refrigerator this morning, I couldn't help but recall the time I had to contact customer service about the loose handle that came with it. It's funny how unpredictable the whole service experience turned out to be. I'm reaching out to ensure that users are aware of how to avoid potential errors and to highlight the ongoing validity of my warranty. I decided to buy the Siemens XXL refrigerator because it was highly recommended for its large size and my cousin had previous experience with the dealer. The refrigerator has two doors, and the freezer is conveniently located at the bottom. I observed that the upper part of the door handle is somewhat loose, while the handle itself is quite long. When I open and close the fridge, I notice some looseness, with a slight 1-2 mm of movement. This is how the refrigerator was when it came from the factory. I reached out to customer service regarding the problem, and they arranged for a visit during the week when I wasn't available to address the handle. However, instead of completely tightening the handle, they left a small 1 mm gap. Although the play stopped, the gap still remained. Upon inspection, I noticed that the lower part and handle on the freezer were securely fastened, indicating that the installed part was intentionally designed to be tight. It's baffling how the service can suddenly become stricter and leave without any inspection. The constant reminder of that space weighs on me whenever I interact with the refrigerator. When I spoke to Siemens customer service, I expressed my dissatisfaction with the inconsistent quality of their service. They kindly offered to send the service once more in order to address the problem. When I expressed my refusal to receive them again, they responded with a hint of sarcasm, asking, "So what do you suggest we do instead?" It appears that there are no repercussions in these replies. I'm disappointed with my purchase and have become less enthusiastic about the refrigerator. In the event of any future issues caused by the loosened part, I want to make it clear that it is not my fault and I will not accept any invoices related to it. I am employed as a technical personnel at Dicle University Hospitals and possess the necessary expertise to observe and identify these specific details. We have friends and acquaintances who come to us for advice. However, when I share our experience with this service and customer service issue, a lot of people end up choosing different brands. Our top priority is providing exceptional service. My cousin, who helped me with my purchase, ended up abandoning the idea of buying a Siemens refrigerator and opted for a different brand instead.
