Peugeot 5008 Repair Delay At Service Leaves Me Without A Car

I had a minor accident with my 2026 model Peugeot 5008 and delivered the vehicle to İstanbul Çekmeköy Öztek authorized service on 25 August. Despite the fact that the damage is limited to the bonnet and front bumper, almost two months have passed and my car has still not been delivered. It is unacceptable that such a relatively simple bodywork repair cannot be completed in this period. Every time I call the service, I receive evasive answers such as "the part has arrived, will arrive, is on the way" which are clearly repetitive and do not provide any real information. No definite delivery date is given, no concrete information is shared and the customer is clearly being stalled. As can also be seen from the photo I sent, my car with damage on the front side is still waiting at the service. My casco insurance provided a replacement vehicle only for one month. As soon as this period expired, the replacement car was taken back and since that day I have been completely without a vehicle. Although I contacted both the Peugeot head office and the service many times in writing, not the slightest solution was offered regarding a replacement vehicle. Neither an alternative vehicle was provided nor any compensation was proposed for the long period I have been left without a car, and the customer’s grievance is clearly being ignored. The excessive delay in the repair process, the lack of clear and transparent information, and the failure to provide a replacement vehicle, leaving the customer without a car for weeks, are behaviours that do not suit a brand such as Peugeot. I request that the repair of my vehicle be completed immediately, that the reason for this delay be explained to me clearly and in writing, and that my grievance be resolved urgently by providing a replacement vehicle or an equivalent solution for the period I have been left without my car.
