Ever since I purchased my Siemens refrigerator, it has been causing vegetables and fruits to spoil and even grow mold. I have included images as proof. When I reached out for assistance with this problem, they informed me that this was simply the intended design of the refrigerator. They suggested that I should clean the refrigerator every week. When marketing these refrigerators, they claim that it preserve food freshness for a span of 14 days. However, in practice, the vegetable compartment tends to accumulate water within a mere 2-3 days. Whenever we reach out for assistance, we are warned about the possibility of incurring a service fee if no issue is discovered. This situation does not align with the reputation of the Siemens brand. Even after requesting a replacement, the issue is still not being addressed. I have a little one who is almost a year old and requires a diet rich in fresh fruits and vegetables. As a result, I find myself needing to go grocery shopping every three days. This situation does not reflect the high standards associated with the Siemens brand. It's intriguing to note that the service technicians pointed out that a majority of the complaints they receive are similar to mine. This company has a track record of selling products that are not up to standard and does not provide adequate support for them. I would like to request a replacement for my device, either with the same model or an upgraded version.

The Consumer Committee rejected my application just because I did not provide an additional warranty. Despite my request, Siemens did not offer an additional warranty. From today onwards, Siemens is null and void for me. I will neither buy nor recommend it to my acquaintances. I will continue to criticize it on every platform. After-sales support is zero.
