TikTok “Verify It’s Really You” Error Blocks Account Recovery

I am writing regarding a problem I am experiencing with logging into my TikTok account. I lost my previous phone and I am now trying to log in to my TikTok account from a new device. The account is linked to a phone number and an email address that I no longer have access to. When I try to log in, I see the “Verify it’s really you” screen, but the only option shown is the old phone number ending with +234****9287, which I cannot use anymore. The last time I had access to my account was on 12 August 2026, and since then I have been unable to pass the verification step and recover my account. I am currently in Nigeria and I would like support to prove that I am the real owner of the account through alternative verification methods. I kindly request your help to recover access to my TikTok account, update the contact information linked to it if needed, and allow me to log back in from my new phone.
