Siemens Refrigerator Freezing Food Problem Despite Warranty Extension

I bought my Siemens refrigerator in 2018 and extended the warranty for 7 years. However, I noticed that the food on the top shelf and in the vegetable drawer kept freezing. The service team came several times but only told me to lower the temperature or keep vegetables away from the sides. Recently, they even sent a video, apparently because of the high number of complaints, suggesting the same “keep items 4 cm from the wall” excuse to cover up the issue. I’ve never heard of such problems from friends using other brands. You pay more thinking it’s a premium brand, yet it’s nothing but trouble—freezing even eggs. I’m frustrated with Siemens for wasting seven years, ignoring my calls despite recording them, and not even knowing when my warranty expires.
