Siemens Sells Defective Products




Hello, the Siemens built-in oven I bought on 24.11.2022 burns its sides and does not cook evenly. For this reason, I contacted the service many times, but the service could not detect the malfunction. The last technical service from Ankara determined that the thermostat of the oven was broken. Of course, I lost both time and effort in this process. They approved the part replacement; However, the company sold me a defective product and does not accept the replacement even though I repeatedly explained that it should be replaced with a new one. Siemens does not care about customer satisfaction and my product needs to be replaced with a new one. I demand that my grievance be remedied. Thank you.
