Siemens Oven Motherboard Supply Issue
It's been a full three months since I ordered a replacement part for my Siemens oven, which suffered a motherboard failure. Despite the order, the part has yet to arrive, leaving me unable to use the product I purchased. Siemens has continuously delayed and misled me throughout this ordeal. After three months, they finally claimed the part had arrived and asked for a scheduled appointment. However, upon my arrival from Zonguldak to Samsun, they admitted that the part was incorrect, wasting my time and effort. Siemens is a company that fails to procure parts for its customers after selling them a product, deceiving them in the process. They will face the legal consequences of their actions.
