Siemens HB557JYS5T Built-in Oven Does Not Cook Food Underneath!
The Siemens built-in oven that I recently bought as part of a 3-piece set has been causing me a lot of frustration. The cooking results are consistently unsatisfactory, especially when it comes to the bottom of dishes. Based on the feedback and grievances expressed by users, it is evident that this issue is prevalent and impacting a large number of people. Unfortunately, I failed to notice these issues during my pre-purchase research because I was too focused on the reputation of a popular brand. From poorly baked pastries to raw meat, it's evident that this issue extends beyond just my unit. Upon reaching out to the customer service center, I was promptly advised to initiate a service ticket for a technician to conduct an inspection. Nevertheless, it appears that this is a widespread issue rather than a single error. It seems like ovens are being sold without undergoing sufficient testing, which may result in malfunctions or design flaws. While unemployed engineers are at home, those in the field are creating ovens that fail to perform their basic functions. Similar to many others, I might have a few service visits where I'm informed that there is no issue with the oven. Oh, and naturally, a typical response might make its appearance here. We're stuck with an oven that stubbornly refuses to cook evenly, leading to ongoing frustration.
