I bought a refrigerator model KG76NCIE0N from the Siemens store in Kağıthane. Even though we purchased the refrigerator last year, we had to wait for about a year to actually receive it due to various reasons. In September this year, when we finally asked for the refrigerator, the dealer said they didn't have it in stock. They said that if we paid an additional fee for a better model, we could get one. The dealer somehow managed to find the exact refrigerator we wanted only after we turned down their offer. The fridge came to our house, and the service installed it. But a couple of days after we had it installed, we realized that the refrigerator didn't have any Siemens branding on it. There was no mention of the brand anywhere.
Even though I told customer service about the problem many times, they kept saying they could only give me a sticker and couldn't replace it. This situation is ridiculous. Imagine you're buying an Audi, and when it arrives, you notice that it doesn't have the emblem on it. So, you contact the company, and they assure you that they can attach the logo at a later time. It's really unsettling when a product doesn't have any branding on it. So, we're really serious about this - we want our product replaced! The situation is really ridiculous because, in Turkey right now, the door might get replaced or they might send a defective product. To top it off, the dealer might magically find the refrigerator even though they claimed it was out of stock. It's just too much! We need a replacement for the product right away.
