Siemens Refrigerator KG55NVIF1N Not Shipped and Delivered for Months

I can't believe what I'm going through with Siemens! I ordered a refrigerator, model KG55NVIF1N, from the Siemens store in IstinyePark, Izmir, on March 15th, and it's now August, and I still don't have it! The store manager is a joke – they told me they don't have the product anymore and want me to pay an extra ₺6800 for a different one. I've called Siemens headquarters at least ten times, and all they do is open a ticket and promise to call back. But nothing happens! My wedding is in a week, and I'm freaking out. I've never dealt with such an irresponsible company in my life. I've been shopping for months for my wedding, and this is the worst experience ever. I've been trying to get this fridge for almost five months, and now I have to use my old one. I'm so angry, I'm suing them tomorrow. Don't make the same mistake I did – stay away from Siemens! They don't care about their customers.

Here is my update on the subject; My refrigerator arrived on 17.08.2024 (after a period exceeding 5 months), but as you can see in the photo, it arrived in this condition. It has 10-11 dents on it. The service team came today, took photos, and we are waiting for the results, so the evaluation will now be made by the friends who see this post. The brand is literally mocking me. I am trying to explain the situation as softly as possible; Siemens headquarters is dealing with the issue, but calling me every day without resolving any problems. As for the store where I purchased it, Siemens İstinyePark İzmir store is definitely a bad business, do not visit or direct anyone you know there. You can't reach them when you call, nor can you get proper answers from the staff. By trusting Siemens' quality and spending more money than its equivalents, you end up being miserable. There is no other explanation.
