I Replaced the Fan Motor on My Siemens Fridge but It Broke Again in a Week

We bought our Siemens refrigerator 8 years ago, trusting the brand name. But from the very first month, we faced issues. There was a bad odor inside, and the service team blamed a faulty digital temperature display. One team said the entire fridge needed replacing, but instead of following through, Siemens sent a different team who contradicted the first and claimed there was no need for a replacement. From the beginning, Siemens has consistently avoided taking responsibility for their faulty product.

Now, 8 years later, the fridge stopped cooling altogether. The authorized service came and said the fan motor had to be replaced. We paid ₺8000. But just one week later, the same problem returned. When we called again, we were redirected to another service center, and the ₺8000 we paid was never refunded.

I’m done with Siemens. The brand might sound reliable, but their service and accountability are seriously lacking. I will never buy another Siemens refrigerator again. Siemens, you need to refund the money for the faulty repair and stand behind your products.
