Siemens Dishwasher Disaster - Cracks and Delays on Day One!

I bought a Siemens dishwasher on November 22, 2023. The next day, the service team installed the machine. The customer service reps told me that the film covering could be taken off after a few washes. After I took off the film after washing it multiple times, I saw that a part of the machine was swollen and had cracks. I told the service about the problem, and they told me to call the call center after they said they talked about it with the headquarters. When I got to the call center, they sent me to the service again. The service staff took photos of the machine and let everyone know what was going on. The authorities said they won't make any changes except for repairs. But I won't agree to getting a brand-new product fixed in the first few days. I want a replacement for the machine instead. I keep getting delayed with instructions like 'call this number, reach out to that department.' I want either a new product or my money back. Because of this terrible experience, I will never buy another Siemens product.

The Siemens dishwasher I bought new arrived defective. Despite contacting the headquarters and the call center multiple times, they still said it needed repair. I do not accept the repair of a product I bought new from the first days. I will take this issue to Consumer Rights. Will I ever buy a Siemens product again? Never.
